RETURNS

The Hair Shop Dundalk accepts the return of products that are unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition, within 28 days and a full refund will then issue. Please contact 00353 42 933 1244 if you are looking for a refund or exchange.  Please include a copy of your invoice with your package so that your return may be processed without delay.  All refunds processed will not include the original delivery fee. Please allow us 14 days to process all refunds.

The Hair Shop Dundalk will not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

The Hair Shop Dundalk will not accept returns that have already been opened in order to adhere to hygiene regulations.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS OR FAILURE TO DELIVER CORRECT PRODUCTS

We strive to take the utmost care to deliver all purchased products correctly and undamaged.  In the rare event that a product you have received is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact 00353 42 933 1244.  We can arrange to have a courier collect the parcel and will cover the cost of same.  We will arrange to have a replacement sent to you as soon as is reasonably possible.  Alternatively, you may return the products to the address outlined below.  Please let us know your desired course of action and we will accommodate you as best we can.
